Vehicle Requirements
No Rentals Provided: Apple Valley Speedway (AVS) does not rent or provide vehicles of any kind. All participants must provide their own equipment.
Booking & Deadlines
Availability: Please consult our Events Calendar to view available open practice dates.
Booking Window: Reservations may only be requested within seven (7) days of the desired date.
Weekday Requests: Must be submitted and paid for by 4:45 PM on the business day prior to Open Practice.
Weekend Requests: All weekend reservations and payments must be finalized by Friday at 4:45 PM. Our administrative offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Hours of Operation & Overtime
Gates open 8:00 AM | Track 9AM-5PM | Gates close 6:00 PM.
Overtime Fee: Any individual remaining on the premises after 6:00 PM for any reason will be billed an additional $100 per hour.
Payment & Confirmation
Note that submitting this form does not guarantee a reservation. Once submitted, our staff will review your request and send an invoice via email for the refundable security deposit. Your event date is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid.
Entry Requirement:
A copy of your paid invoice or receipt must be presented to staff at the gate to gain entry to the facility.
Refund Policy
All Sales Final: Open practice reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
