Individual Booking Form

PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM

We do not rent or provide vehicles of any kind.

Please view the Events Calendar to see which dates are available for open practice.

- May only be booked within 7 days prior of the requesting date. Reservation cut-off time is at 4:45pm each business day.
- Weekend reservations and payments must be made by Friday 4:45pm. Office is closed on weekends.
- All reservations will be final. We will not be able to reschedule or refund any open practice reservations.
- Open Practice hours: Gates are open between 8am-6pm and the tracks are open between 9am-5pm.

Anyone still within AVS for any reason after closing will incur an additional $50 per hour.

- Paid invoice or receipt MUST be presented to staff for entry into the facility

Once submitted, our staff will send an invoice via email where the fee can be paid. Your reservation is only confirmed once invoiced has been fully paid. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact our office at (760) 686-1037.
